Incorporate business in U.S.
Cities of Incorporation
The city of incorporation usually makes no difference - what matters is which state of incorporation you have selected. City regulations rarely affect registering a corporation. Pretty much the only thing that you need to check if you plan to operate in a city is city taxes.
Larger cities usually have small business directories and small business associations, where enterpreneurs can get additional help - such as legal and tax advice, guidance, help with business plan, etc. Also, larger cities may have a well-established law firms and incorporation companies that can help answering questions specific to your business need - something that cheap online incorporators are usually incapable of.
